Print-On-Demand (POD) Products
Because our Print-On-Demand items are custom made to order, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or issue.
We will review your request and work quickly to make it right!
Handcrafted Items
When we begin offering handcrafted products, we want you to love your purchase!
If you are not satisfied with your handcrafted item, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange.
Please Note:
Custom-made or personalized handcrafted items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale or clearance items are final sale.
