Returns Refunds Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

All Sales Are Final

At Real Western Life LLC, we create and offer quilts, apparel, gifts, personalized products, custom products, print-on-demand products, and other merchandise.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a product listing, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal-preference reasons.

This policy applies to both ready-made and custom products.

Ready-Made Products

Quilts and other products that have already been completed and are ready for shipment are final sale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, and other information before placing an order.

A ready-made item cannot be returned or exchanged because:

You change your mind.
You ordered the wrong size or item.
The item does not match your décor.
You prefer another color, style, pattern, or product.
A gift recipient does not want the item.
You find a similar item elsewhere.
Your personal expectations differ from an item that was accurately photographed and described.

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for the purchaser and are also final sale.

This includes products incorporating names, dates, photographs, ranch or livestock brands, logos, artwork, custom colors, memorial information, military or service information, custom sizing, personalized wording, or other customer-selected elements.

Customers are responsible for verifying all information they submit.

When Real Western Life provides a design proof, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, names, dates, colors, artwork, brands, layout, placement, and other personalization before approval.

Once a proof is approved, Real Western Life may rely upon that approval in producing the item.

Errors appearing in customer-provided information or in a customer-approved proof do not create a right to a refund, return, or exchange.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted and accepted for processing.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

For custom, personalized, print-on-demand, or made-to-order products, design work, material purchasing, production scheduling, or manufacturing may begin shortly after an order is received.

Because of this:

Placing an order constitutes your commitment to purchase the product.

Real Western Life may, at its discretion, cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Inventory or material unavailability
Inability to produce or fulfill the requested item
A pricing or listing error
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Customer-submitted content that we cannot legally or reasonably reproduce
An inability to obtain information or approval necessary to complete a custom order
Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If Real Western Life cancels an order before fulfillment, we will refund amounts paid for the portion of the order we cancel, unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Our final-sale policy does not mean that we will ignore a legitimate problem with an order.

If your product:

Arrives damaged,
Contains a manufacturing defect,
Is materially different from what you ordered, or
Is the wrong item because of an error by Real Western Life or one of our fulfillment partners,

please contact us at orders@realwesternlife.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

For shipping damage or product defects, please include:

Your order number, a description of the problem, clear photographs of the product, and photographs of the shipping container and packaging when applicable.

Please retain the item and all packaging until the matter is resolved.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, Real Western Life may provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, correction, replacement, or refund.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not return or ship an item to Real Western Life without prior written authorization.

Sending an item back without authorization does not create a right to a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Handmade Variations

Many Real Western Life products are handmade, quilted, sewn, embroidered, printed, or individually produced.

Reasonable variations may occur in:

Stitching and quilting
Fabric placement
Pattern positioning
Finished dimensions
Texture
Thread placement
Fabric or material dye lots
Print placement
Embroidery
Other handcrafted characteristics

These normal variations are part of individually produced merchandise and are not considered defects.

Color Representation

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately.

However, colors can appear differently because of photography, lighting, computer monitors, mobile devices, screen settings, printing processes, fabric dye lots, and other factors.

Reasonable color differences between an image or digital proof and the physical product are not considered defects.
